Unfortunately it didn't work for me and the pain in my small wrist. on the back of my hand and then around means most of the wrist support is on the thumb side of my hand - and my pain is on the pinky side. I've tried putting it on inside out (so it wraps first under the arm and then up and down the pinky) and the support was much better, but it's not designed for that so the velcro ends up on the wrong side . and you can't fix it. I tried to get it working but I have to send it back. (Also, as other reviewers have said, it has an oily smell when you first use it.) Update: The company got in touch with you and sent a different type of wrap at no extra charge, so I hope so this works for my specific case. Kind of wrist pain. I appreciate the effort in finding something that works.
