I'll leave the original review below in case others encounter the same issue. I've emailed their support team and they have helped me solve the problem. The tech support was great and very knowledgeable. You basically have to log in through the network or serial port and put the device into EDID-based learning mode. The user interface is easy to learn. I... only got 1 star because downscaling only works from 4k to 1k and I was hoping it would work from 2k to 1k (but they didn't necessarily say <nothing> to 1k to be honest) on the side, so keep that in mind if this is an issue for you the switching is quick compared to the KVM I'm used to so that was definitely a pleasant surprise I recommend to a friend nd. it supports "up to 4k" but the device doesn't support 2560x1440. sure it works great if you have one of the supported resolutions (4096x2160, 3840x2160, 1920x1200, 1920x1080, 1680x1050, 1600x1200, 1600x900, 1440x900, 1360x765, 1280x1024, 1280x960, 1280x800, 1280x720, 1024x768, 800x600, 720x576, 720x480, 640x480)
