I regret making the purchase after reading the reviews. Even if there was a marriage, that doesn't make the situation any less difficult. The machine pulls hair horribly on nozzles that are too short. It is utterly impossible to fire a gun. We tried it with a variety of folks, but it had the same impact. But the job that is done by the Panasonic service is by far the most interesting aspect. Which took it for repairs under the warranty, kept it for two weeks, and then unsubscribed that there were no faults discovered and the equipment was functioning well. I had the urge to go to the guarantee department's author and give him a hair cut. It is very evident that no one can avoid getting married; nevertheless, you should at least insure yourself against Panasonic so that you do not later have to spend more money on a second purchase.
