Not compatible with MacBook Air (2019)

While this seemed like an easy way to transfer files from SD cards to my MacBook Air, the reader is not recognized by the MacBook Air. It works fine in the MacBook Pro but not Air - so this is a compatibility issue that should be noted in the product description. The Apple SD card reader works perfectly. Send back Anker's squad.
