I got the chair as a present for someone's birthday. Donated a boxed chair and offered to help with the collection. It was discovered that there was damage and a missing pair of bolts during assembly. Simply simply, I was perturbed. Amazon's customer service advised me to submit a refund to make this distinction clear. No one has returned my calls or answered my messages in the three days since I first made my appeal. This vendor does not have my endorsement.
