Doesn't work with my 4k camera

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the problem was with my setup and even with very short cables (USB 3.0 certified) it didn't work. my 4K Logitech Brio. Once the connector is used, the camera will no longer be recognized. It's a shame because it was exactly what I otherwise needed.
