I do not disconnect the MFP from the network, it is more convenient, you can start printing at any time. I have no complaints about the long start of printing, but my Brother DCP-J515W, when it was necessary to make a copy or print, could suddenly start cleaning the heads, although it also never unplugged it. Has some pros: The presence of CISS, the ink is consumed slowly, I have already printed a decent number of sheets, and the amount of ink has not changed much (how much was poured into the cartridges during the first start-up, so much is almost left). I have been printing for two months now. The quality of the photos is okay, much better than one of the private eateries we have in the department store, where I foolishly wanted to print photos. I use universal photo paper 240 g/m2 for glossy inkjet printing from the company Slavich. Satisfied with the photo quality. Has cons: Disgusting quality of the scanner, the white background scans closer to gray, an order of magnitude worse than my previous Brother DCP-J515W MFP. The model seems to be 3415, and the drivers used are versions 3010. I did not master the WI-FI setup. The paper feeder is at the back, the MFP is on the top shelf of the table and it is inconvenient to load paper, but this is a trifle.
