Review on Adhesive Holographic Mermaid Permanent Scrapbooking by Angela Rodriguez

I bought this vinyl thinking it would look like the pictures but it is definitely transparent so be careful with the buyer. Depending on the color of the surface you are sticking to, the final color will look like this. It will not be the opal color shown unless used on a white background such as a white background. B. Placed backing paper. Cutting with my silhouette machine was very easy and adhesion is good. I was just surprised when I took off the back and it became transparent 😐
