Product received does not match the picture

I have the same problem as the other reviewer. The product I received does not match the picture. Instead of the gaps between the front bristles, the brush I received has shorter bristles at the front. I took the best photo I could to show what I mean. Ironically, I already have this brush head and decided to try something different. Mine is older and the bristles are more broken. That's why I decided to keep this one. It would be nice if the seller put a note in the package as to why they are replacing a different item instead of the one I ordered.
