3 stars because of the sleeves and the fact that they are NOT waterproof, I hate that the name says they are waterproof because they are not at all. It's kind of a waterproof material when lightly sprayed, but it's similar to windbreaker material, so definitely not waterproof. But it is very cute and fits well enough, I have 5T and my little ones wear 4T-5T. I wish the coat sleeves were tight like the bottom part because I had to fold them and they were thick. So as long as you jump over puddles with them and only in light rain they should stay dry, but when it rains they get wet! (Clothes underneath were 90% dry when I removed my wet pants when the puddles were deep.)
