Good replacement for Zojirushi
I had to buy a new pan when one of the paddle shafts became blocked after baking my first winter bread. When I bought a new frying pan, I found that it didn't come with new blades. I looked at my original paddles, which were probably about 15 years old, and while they worked well, I could see that they were worn, allowing for extra "suction". So I bought these substitutes and baked the cure. A loaf of white bread the size of yesterday to test them out. They worked great.
