The ease of use that is very apparent to new users, as well its vast functionality with respect to decisioning options can not be overstated! I am currently using it primarily within my own firm for internal workflows.

However, we are exploring ways in which this could also potentially help our clients by automating some processes. We have been able to create rules-based automation solutions without having prior programming experience or significant coding skills; only business knowledge gained from years working at large organizations such as ours (i.e., financial services companies). It has allowed us more time towards value creation rather than being tied down doing manual tasks where there isn't any benefit realised compared to what would otherwise need human intervention/intervention into an automated workflow solution anyway.
