First of all, if you have an internet connection with a speed of more than 100 Mbps, then this device should not be considered. It doesn't go over 100 because the ethernet port is limited to 100. My device turns off randomly but shows a green status window. Eventually I get an email saying my device hasn't been connected for X days (X = a number). The rationale for this on their help page is that it's probably a bad USB power adapter. No impossible. Based on my experience I would not recommend this to anyone. Other points mentioned regarding the web interface etc. are also true.
