The hepa filter is the reason I ordered this item. The other two filters are fine. But the Hepa filter is not very well made. The rubber seal on the outer edge is not strong enough, and as the air passing through heats up during vacuuming, it weakens and begins to leak. The annoying thing is that he does what starts as a whimper and ends as a squeak! At first I thought the motor in my vacuum was frying the bearing. But I accidentally touched the grille above this filter, and the sound stopped immediately. Every time I press on this grid (which pushes the filter deeper into its slot) the sound disappears. I'm frankly disappointed. I'm also disappointed that Amazon makes it difficult to contact the seller directly for a solution or answers to such issues.
