From a technical point of view, this product lacks music CD control. Considering the price, it's too expensive for a standard definition DVD player. You can find decent (maybe even better) DVD players for $40 or less. Or you can buy a Blu-Ray player for $80. Pros: -- Compact and lightweight. -- Beautiful design. -- Works well when playing DVDs. -- Compatible with multiple CD formats and technologies. --Comes with an HDMI cable. Disadvantages: - The volume cannot be adjusted when playing audio CDs. I bought this primarily to play music CDs and was very disappointed to find that the volume buttons on the remote did nothing when playing CDs. Price. Too expensive for a standard definition DVD player. Overall, I would not recommend this €80 product. These days you can buy a decent DVD player for $35-$40 that actually lets you control the volume while playing CDs (laughs).
