Love this product! It's so easy to clean and my cat looks for a lot less dirt outside than in the old closed side entry litter box. The only negative is the quality of the earbuds I can find that fit him. All too big, with annoying end seams and very thin material. My cat only has claws and even minimal digging tears large holes in the liners. Unfortunately, some time after the purchase, I realized that my cat always used the regular side entrance. She was never quite comfortable with getting in from the top. No matter how I set it up, only one side of the box is used - the one directly below the input side. Once filled, she poops them like outside the box, but only on the mat next to the box. Some kittens just can't adapt or don't like the new design. Salem will be 10 soon, so I'm just attributing it to her own mindset. Just something to consider if your cat is used to a traditional box.
