Perfect casual jacket

I got this for our 4 year old to have a light jacket for school when he attends morning classes and we are between cool spring and warm mornings. I wanted him to have something lighter than his down jacket but still keep him warm. It was a good choice for us as he uses it quite often. Most mornings when I know it's getting a little warmer or the wind isn't blowing that hard, I wear it with long sleeves. The interior is lined with a lightweight fleece that I think works well with long sleeves on most days. As our son is warm-blooded and wears a sweater I felt this was the perfect choice for him. The jacket itself is similar to what I would buy from Carter when it comes to looks. The zipper is also very easy to work with which is a bonus as I wear it almost every morning and when I get home. The size is also great as it looks a bit big but it can also grow but still works. All in all this is an item I am very happy to have in his closet and as mentioned we have used it almost all the time since receiving it.

Pros
  • The coat is great! Warm and light. It keeps her dry and the pattern is so cute.
Cons
  • The lining is insufficient and does not warm sufficiently
