Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Y Peeler: Efficiently Peel with Ease in Horizontal Motion, Black by Marti Kordeliski

I'm a big fan of the ceramic kitchen knife I found in France. I have found these products to be very light, very easy to care for and always sharp. A vegetable peeler works just like knives. It would be even better if it came in other colors (lemon yellow, orange, crimson) to match the knives I already have from Kyocera. Unfortunately, this knife didn't last more than a year. The part holding the blade to the side is broken. So I'm a bit disappointed. It was easy to clean in the dishwasher and cut sharply (gentle in use). But I had to replace it with a new knife, I chose one with a traditional metal blade.
