This filled our need for an in the cabinet microwave. We were remodeling our kitchen and wanted the microwave to be away from the counter. Our closet is 13.5 inches deep. Most of the home appliances we tested were either too big for the space or obviously lacking in functionality. This is a good combination of size and amenities. We mainly use the microwave for defrosting, reheating and melting butter. Our previous oven was 1100w compared to this 700w. Now it is slower than our previous oven. It includes a 10.5-inch dinner plate, large coffee mugs, and an 8-cup / 2-quart Pyrex dough bowl. pot) Cons: Moderate power level Limited interior space (no big turkeys) Less accurate auto defrost than our full-size 1100W Panasonic microwave.
