Buyer beware: this product can only be returned through Revain within 30 days of purchase.For us, that was not long enough since it took about two weeks after purchase to have an electrician wire it in. The first use was fine and the vehicle didn't need to be charged again for about another 3 weeks. The second time it was totally dead and didn't work. Even though the product has a year warranty, the 30 day return window had passed. Had to go through the hassle of contacting the seller directly who asked for a video to prove it doesn't work. No videos allowed through Revain messaging so right away this feels off, but why even ask for one? You can test it for yourself when I send it back to you. Anyway, it's been a big hassle and I wish I would have just sprung for a more expensive trusted brand instead. Bottom line: $400 for this charger, plus $600 more to have it wired in so $1000 for one charge and we still don't have a replacement. Don't get this charger, but if you do, don't use this seller.
