When I first got these shoes I really liked them they were a bit stiff so they stayed in place. Every time I get in the car the stuff gets lumpy so I have to lift my butt and straighten it. They are thin and not heavy enough to stay in place. I regret not buying them because at over $30 they are a total waste of money. I can't spend money like that. They were bought to protect my car seats. I think that happens sometimes. Basically they are useless if they go soft
