And I also don’t have an exhaust hood, so there is a smell in the whole apartment, but it doesn’t bother me yet, the smell is good. About steaks. The first steaks turned out like rubber, yes. But then we guessed to open YouTube, and it turned out that a steak is not just any piece of meat put in a pan, that its thickness should be at least 2 cm (now I often have more, and you need to cut the meat parallel to the table, otherwise if you chop it perpendicularly , then lay flat on the table and you will get a piece thinner than you cut). You also need to heat the meat to room temperature, after pulling it out of the refrigerator, for about 2 hours. And, lo and behold, the steaks began to turn out - juicy and soft. Moreover, we take the meat at the market, not branded. About tilt. It is, and this is good, since the fat drains, and bad, since everything slips, sometimes you have to hold it before pressing it with a lid. about your favorite foods. Potato! This is the fastest way to cook potatoes - cut into slices of 5 millimeters, oil, pepper, salt and grill. 10 minutes and you're done. Consolidation. Steaks from chicken, turkey, beef - I do everything on the automatic mode for steaks. It turns out great! Sandwiches and toast are great!
