We had a thunder vest from a well-known brand, but it fell apart, so we decided to try this one. The fit isn't that good. My wheaten terrier has a deep and narrow chest so the plus size was the right choice to hug his chest but the vest on the back is ripped and looks loose like a cape. Waterproof synthetic canvas feels more insulating, so I don't think it's the best choice for summer (fireworks and thunderstorm season). It's more like a waterproof vest than an antidote to anxiety.
