I've been using the product for a little over a day and may change my mind with more use. I've been using Fitbit for about 2 years and I'm starting to get dissatisfied with the company and their ignorance of bugs and posting feature requests behind paywalls. For this reason, I am trying watches at a cheaper price. In the picture, the Fitpolo is on the left and the Fitbit on the right. I'll try to compare apples to apples. 1) Before I got my Fitbit, I could download and open the app and start setting up information. I was able to download the app on the Fitpolo but had to wait for the watch to open. (no big deal) 2) took the Fitpolo and tried to see if it would fit my small wrist. Of course not, but so does Fitbit. Fitbit had a lot more options for wristbands. I finally found one for the Fitpolo and it should be a good size. Should be here in a month or two (a little more as I don't know if that reduces accuracy. Also the watch is uncomfortable to wear). I wonder if an extra hole or two might make a difference. 3) front dial. Both watches can change this information, but Fitbit has many more options. fitpolo only has about 5 different faces. None of them allowed me to see calories, steps, or kilometers on the main screen. Maybe I can get used to it. 4) The accuracy of the step is slightly different. He counts my steps and adds a few. Fitbit is a bit more accurate. At the moment Fitpolo says I walked 8922 steps today. The Fitbit has the 7624. Both allow me to swing my arms, put my hands in my pockets, rest my hands on my hips, and wrap my arms around my coat as I walk. Fitbit has trouble pushing carts or strollers, haven't tried Fitpolo but I think it will be the same. 5) I haven't checked the mileage yet. The Fitbit is fairly accurate, lagging the Fitpolo by about a mile. 6) Calories I have no idea. Both define it differently. Fitbit counts calories even when I'm not doing anything (it was counting calories even before I got the watch). I think fitpolo only counts when you're active. This could be a problem. The only two things I really care about are calories and sleep. If I can see that the number of calories is constant over a period of time, I can adjust. 7) Sleep is another question mark. Fitpolo says I slept 5 hours and 17 minutes last night. fitbit 6 hours 6 minutes. I think I woke up after 90 minutes. Fitpolo lost this time. I wasn't trying to take a nap and see if that counted. Fitbit seems like you'll have to sleep for about an hour before this counts. 8) You still need to get used to the app, but it doesn't really compare to all the information Fitbit has. At least it seems accurate and I can finally find what I need. 9) The Fitpolo is waterproof (I haven't seen any complaints that it isn't), while the Fitbit is only waterproof. It was nice to hop in the shower without taking my watch off. 10) Another nice feature of the fitpolo is the phone finder function. I know it will come in handy11) something is missing in fitpolo: friends, floor count, tasks. (Not sure about weight tracking) 12) Continuous motion feature. fitpolo has the ability to remind you to move after the time you set. Fitbit only has a 250 steps per hour challenge (cannot change the number of steps and is only limited to a certain number of hours per day).
