Like most I ordered this product a while ago as spares should be on the shelf. Today I tried to use it and it DOES NOT FIT my M506 printer even though that model is listed on the box. Revain customer service will not refund or exchange money because it was too long ago. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered to take care of it, which they did. The product didn't work and I had to do some rework, but the company supported the purchase. THANK YOU for doing it right.
