Okay, here's the scoop. This unit is well packaged for shipping and the instructions are good. Parts are numbered to match instructions. If you have the tools and are handy and experienced, the assembly will not be difficult. If you don't have the tools, ask a friend to come over and help you build. My only criticism is that the casters are hard plastic and even with two of the four locked the unit can slide across the hardwood floor. Shouldn't be a problem on carpet. I can think of several ways to get around this. I will buy two more after seeing the good quality of the first one. A tip is not to overtighten any screws or cams. It comes with a small screwdriver and this helps keep the torque down, but if you use a large screwdriver be careful but firm. Too tight is not recommended.
