The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem. I have never had to call or email support. I would highly recommend. They have been around so long that I am sure they have solved all the problems that could possibly arise. I have not. I have been very happy with their service. I have no complaints. I have been with them for so long that I am sure they have taken care of everything that I could possibly need.
