Review on Discover the Efficiency of HEIKIO Measure Double Sided Fractions Magnetic Tool by Mark Jefferson

I bought to replace an auto-lock tape measure that didn't lock tight enough to bend the tape into a corner. So I prefer manual locking, and this tape measure makes it more convenient with two locking knobs in places you can lock/unlock with your thumb or forefinger. The device is solid and the withdrawal is smooth and controlled. I like that it has standard and metric graduations and a way to display fractions. I also like that it has gradations on either side of the band and the tip protrudes above and below the band so you can reach over or under the edge. The magnetic tip can be handy in some situations, but I've found it sometimes gets in the way of other metal surfaces and devices. The markings are fairly legible, although I would have preferred a glossy smooth finish, which I think is easier to read (more contrast). Overall much better than my previous tape measure from another (more well known) manufacturer. And all at a great price.
