Review on 🌿 Organic Vegan Dry Shampoo Powder for Medium to Dark Hair - Handmade Heroes by Rose Washington

I LOVE this dry shampoo. I've used Batise and tried the Not Your Mother's brand. (Don't get me wrong, I love Batise, it works well, but I always had to work to get rid of white/chalky residue and wasted a can every month, which is expensive!) Anyway, I use dry shampoo .because I ride 4-6 days between washing my hair. (I have naturally messy blonde/light brown hair - my scalp usually gets greasy by the end of the first day after washing my hair). I decided to try Drop Dead Gorgeous Dry Shampoo and I can say that I was very satisfied. Dry shampoo not only has a pleasant citrus smell, but also absorbs perfectly into the scalp. I love that this powder has a tint, the "grey" color absorbs really well (I bought it because it was designed for brunettes, so I felt like it didn't leave a white/chalky residue would - and it really does). no!) See my pics below, on this #3 hair day. My use tip: since this is a powder, pour about a dime/quarter size into a small bowl/container, use an old powder brush, dip shake off brush in dry shampoo/excess, separate hair into sections, comb dry shampoo. Apply to each part of the scalp with a foundation brush. Also, comb down a little more from the roots (about 4 inches) to keep the hair uniform. This is important on days 3-6 to keep hair looking fresh. The longer between washes, the more natural oils migrate down the hair shaft. I've found it can lengthen my washes with this trick. Hope this is helpful! Also, I've had my bottle for 1 month and have hardly made a dent, the stuff lasts a long time. My dry shampoo still tops the label and I've used it A LOT in the past month. —Hanna.
