Put simply, it works!
It's pretty warm in Arizona, even in late October and during school sports. The person loses a lot of water. Since I've been using these, NO SCRUPS. I drink water as much as I used to, but now my first bottle of water after playing is a pack of Sqwincher. Note. Some people say it is "hardened". Maybe because I live in Arizona, which is very dry. No problem. However, if I felt that one of them was caked, I would simply break it up while it was still in the sealed bag, and then when it broke, I would open the bag and mix it with water. I have ordered twice. I buy a large package and will buy again.
