TL;DR: Don't buy this, just buy a regular Pokeball Plus. I was looking for an alternative to Pokemon Go Plus. The ball, there isn't one near me. When I saw this and noticed the cute design I thought I should get it. Let me go further and weigh the pros and cons. Pros: - Cute design - Catches Pokemon - Spin stops Cons: - Uses batteries. So when I say he uses batteries I mean I have to put in 2 AAA batteries almost every day because he uses them so much. I've only been using it for about 3 hours and it's already dead. Either get rechargeable batteries or something else. - Not synced all the time. It takes 5 times to register the device in the game. I keep having to press the button multiple times before I get a notification from the game that the Megacom device has connected. There are also cases where when I press the button to make sure the light stays on, it still doesn't connect. - distance. I know it was advertised that you must keep an item at least 6 feet away from your Pokemon game, but I feel like I should keep it 6 inches away. As soon as I move it a foot away from my game, it automatically turns off and I have to plug it back in.
