These bags are fantastic. I wasn't sure if they were just a "gimmick" but to be honest they make me want to throw onions, peppers or mushrooms on the grill much quicker. Easy to fill, lightly oil the cut vegetables, shake the vegetables until they decompose in the envelope. Fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, turn over and fry for another 3 minutes. Divine! I send my husband to the BBQ with a pack and voila! Smokey grilled vegetables for pasta, quiche or simply as a side dish. The perfect addition to the serious chef's kitchen.
