Not easy for a newbie

Bought to teach little boys how to use scissors. It's hard to tell how well they work since this is their first time using scissors. Maybe everything will be fine after they understand this better. But when I tried to help them cut, sometimes we got nice cuts and sometimes the paper just folded and I'm not sure if it was user error or just scissors.
