Ideal for use with a pressure tank
My water filters on my drinking water faucet were slowing the water flow unacceptably. I wanted to use multiple filters, particularly one that removes fluoride, but I also wanted to maintain good water pressure. I used this check valve to install a hydraulic tank on my water line after the water filters. Simply install a check valve downstream of the filter and then add a quick tee connector. One connection line goes to the pressure tank, the other to the water tap. Works great and the non-return valve ensures there is no back pressure on the filters.
