I like that it is easy to use, has many features which can be customized as per need of our business. The support team are very good at solving problems with ease. It's not cheap for smaller businesses but if you have larger teams then this software will pay off in large amounts! Ease of management by publishing manager. There isn't much we dislike about PM so far except maybe price point could be slightly higher than other similar products out there (but they do offer discounts every now and again). Our main benefit from using PubManager was increased efficiency when managing multiple publications/sites within one account. We were able to automate certain tasks such as sending emails or newsletters across all sites easily without having to log into each site individually. Also being able to set up new content types quickly made life easier too.
