THEY ARE FACTORY PARTS AND THE BEST IS THAT THEY ARE BOLTED TO THE LINER SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY OF LOSSING THEM. A PAD SCREW SET IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THE KIT, IF YOU MISS SOME SCREWS THEY HAVE FACTORY SPARE SCREWS. VERY IMPORTANT!
