I wanted a nice, neat belt that I could wear with golf shorts, jeans or dress pants. Wanted to avoid crappy alligator skin/crappy chrome/stupid logo like the plague. Found this one and thought for $20 it was worth the risk. Made. There's no shiny plastic or bubble gum patent leather buckle here. that is a good thing. Even has notches on the inside to prevent slipping past the buckle. Simply unwrap, insert the cut end into the dead end, then put on the strap. If you have more than 6 inches of excess tape on the other side of the buckle, remove, trim, then reinsert and roll up. I bought $100 worth of brand name belts which wasn't the best $20 you will spend.
