Great software improvements (RightSound, Auto Focus, RightLight, Anti-Flicker and Image Orientation), all necessary settings are preset, making it easy to use, just plug and play. The 32-bit application that turns on after installing the driver in Windows 10 is great; new app is bad hopefully will be fixed in time Very good for single shots in video call/chat/conference; not suitable for group shots. The video quality is decent. Mic quality is decent, although I still prefer a separate mic closer to the speaker. Portability is a plus, and tilting and rotating the camera gives you enough flexibility to find the right angle.
