I was interested in trying out CROSSTRAP's fitness gear, but after speaking with their customer service representatives and comparing their prices, I'm left unimpressed. Although the products may be of high quality, they are simply not worth the price for foreign customers like me. The whole transaction was difficult because of their unresponsive and unprofessional customer service staff. Even while I value their commitment to assisting clients in achieving their fitness objectives, I'll have to continue with regional manufacturers that provide comparable quality at competitive prices.
