I needed a desk after suddenly working from home but didn't have room for a large one. When I'm at work, I stand all day, and sitting all day was uncomfortable and difficult. I bought it because it's small and I can take it anywhere. In order for me to be able to use it as a standing table, however, it has to stand on the counter. I understand that this is not the original purpose of the stand, it just needs to be more ergonomic and it definitely does that on a table. Its size makes it perfect for what I need. It's lightweight (compared to giant bar tables) and durable. I especially recommend this if you're trying to save space in your workspace!
