Review on 🐶 Petcube Bites: Advanced Pet Camera and Treat Dispenser [2017 Edition] by Drew Gengler

What did I buy? This product is terrible! Don't get me wrong, the idea is brilliant but poorly executed. I was excited about the product because I could watch my dog from work and give him treats too, but no. The thing didn't even work on the first try, no problem what can happen with any other product. So I tried to fix the error by following the instructions in the manual to no avail, then I contacted the support team via email to no avail. They asked me to connect the Petcube to my computer and send them some test result files and a dump file. Did everything they told me to do and you know what? NOTHING, it doesn't even connect to my computer, tried it on another computer, this time on a PC and nothing. Tried to reset to factory settings and that doesn't work either. All I get is a constant yellow light and that's it. I then went to their website and tried to get help on the customer support chat and no the response time was so long. and i was already frustrated by so many failed attempts that i just decided to return it, get my money back and hopefully warn other people against buying this expensive paperweight. I forgot to add that in the reviews I saw people returning this product. several times until they got a working block. I don't do it, I barely have time to walk to UPS every week. Very disappointed and generally frustrated, worst of all this company/product doesn't give me enough confidence to know that the next product will work. Or enough confidence to know it will last over a year with no issues because they seem to have a lot of issues with the firmware, I wonder why the price is going down. Next time I want to develop a better product with reliable firmware, I wanted to believe in this company, but no, they are doing me no favors by selling me this junk. Get it back as soon as possible
