Three years after moving to the USA, I finally decided on a spaetzle press. After all, packaged spaetzle cannot compete with homemade spaetzle. I chose the more expensive product because it was the most similar to what I had when I lived in Germany and I was not disappointed. The construction feels solid and solid, so I expect to be able to use this press until I can't physically eat spaetzle anymore. If you are unfamiliar with the spaetzle process, the instructions provide the basic spaetzle recipe in multiple languages including English and German.
