In general, a good and balanced Pertex protects against rain and wind. However, there are still some disadvantages. First, there is no drawstring and plenty of room at the waist. It looks a bit odd and when you put it on it looks more like a parka than a sweatshirt. Secondly, the material rolls off easily after wearing it for a while. It's really annoying because you expect good quality and durability after spending over $100. Please note that although this jacket is made in Canada, it is still overpriced.
