I have a lot of experience with Tresemme and bought it just before my next root bleaching. Warning: Hair cannot truly be repaired after it has been bleached or damaged as it does not repair itself like our skin. Hair and nails are made of the same tissue (yes, tissue) and that's just growth. That being said, this is a good help in minimizing damage. I've used it alongside L'Oreal Elvive Deep Conditioner and feel that alternating them works well. I personally like the scent. I'm sometimes sensitive to strong perfumes, but this one has a cool, light cologne scent. What you would expect from an unscented hair product, the way you would toast your hair. The idea behind this shampoo/filler is that it helps add a protective layer against common styling damage. let's be honest The average person puts their hair to hell without realizing how heat damage, combing/combing (which is BAD, don't do it) and using the wrong hair tools can permanently damage the hair cuticle. your hair, use it. Tresemme is one of the few brands that I support, especially as someone who bleaches and colors their hair frequently. And no, I'm not the guy featured in a video about Brad Mondo's bleaching defect. I know what I am doing. ;)
