After spilling a whole large cup of coffee under the passenger seat during the heatwave this summer, my car smelled awful. I tried cleaning under the seat, but since it was hard to reach, all I could do was stuff towels in there to sop up the coffee. After installing one of them on the air vent in the center of the car, the smell of coffee disappeared very quickly and was replaced by the pleasant smell of clean laundry. I've often found that car air fresheners are overpowering, but that's not the case at all. It also seems to take a long time; I've had it in my car for almost 3 months now and it still gives off a strong, pleasant scent (especially with the A/C on).
