Yes so good I gave this a very generous 2 at first but after some time back and forth with the support team and hopefully this will be fixed In the future I will upgrade it to 4 alone. When I originally got this scanner literally none of the functions worked and did nothing but a very basic obd2 function that a $14 scanner could literally do after contacting service support If you download a little bit and load it into the scanner itself, it now seems to have pretty much all the features they talked about. And no it didn't look like it needed an update or anything else which is typical and I wouldn't complain as they just forgot to load most of the actual software into the scanner so I had to go back and do it. So when you get this scanner and it seems like it has very few features, the first thing the seller is missing is a message and they will go through it and when all is said and done, for the low cost of this thing, you do indeed receive quite a lot of options/features and I'm very impressed. Hopefully they fix this software issue for future buyers, especially since not everyone is either very computer savvy or even has access to it.
