look elsewhere on Computer Headsets

The sound is good, I would prefer this to my old headset, but there are many things I don't like about it. First, the mic is VERY quiet even when it's 100% on. People on Discord have to turn me up really loud because the mic is so quiet. On the other hand, if you have no sound but still use the microphone, the device will turn off if you set it to sleep mode. It's frustrating because sometimes I'm talking to someone whose mic is muted and my headset goes off while I'm talking to them because I don't have any other sounds at all. Well, here are the problems I've personally encountered: It won't necessarily happen to everyone else. I will disable surround sound, but in games like League of Legends I still hear surround sound even though I disabled the custom LoL preset in Logitech software. When connected to USB while using the device to charge, it keeps turning off and on again. Also, it tends to disconnect and reconnect to the computer, although I've checked the USB socket and cable and everything seems fine. The reason I'm not giving this review 1 or 2 stars is, as I said, the sound quality is good, the headset is comfortable, do you like the boom mute feature? and lower it to turn on the sound. In addition, the headphones rotate so you can comfortably wear them around your neck while still being able to move your neck freely. In conclusion, I personally say that it is better to buy another headset than this one.
