As a result of using this product I found that it was poorly designed and did not work well for any of its supposed purposes .The adjustable blade was very difficult to move and keep in place, making it almost impossible to cut vegetables to the desired thickness. Additionally, the STAINLESS steel material felt flimsy and cheap..
