Great! We've been making a lot of smoothies lately. We're tired of pulling out big chopping boards (we have 4 other different sizes and uses, from resin to wood/bamboo to glass) when all we really need is something to keep the counter free of shredded cabbage and other fruit/vegetable juice to protect as we prepared to mix. We also needed a cutting board that would be easy to take with us on walks, trips and vacations. It was just perfect! Oh wait, but that's not all. Ever needed a funnel but didn't have one? Well, these Norpro Cut-N-Slice Plates are flexible enough to use as funnels. I've even seen parents with young children use them as small craft rugs to protect floors/tables or even to lay rugs. The only downsides to using these cutting boards that I see are: 1. Liquids (juices/blood/etc) drain easily if they get too dirty.2. You probably don't want to do heavy or aggressive grinding as they are very light and thin. (That's why we bought them in the first place!) All in all a good buy if you understand why you need them.
