I've used these headphones for over a year and a half, and overall, they're great. I think the design is excellent, and I prefer this case than the well-known AirPods. These were an excellent fit for my ears (there are different sizes of ear cushions). Even if I talk quietly, the other person can hear me fine. But, even in severe winds, I can always be heard clearly, thus the second microphone does a good job of canceling out background noise. For headphones in this category, the sound when listening to music is of a high caliber, with decent bottoms. I want to point you that proper ear cushion sizing is essential for optimal sound quality; if the headphones do not fit snugly, the sound will not be the same. The only little flaw I can see with the "noise reduction" and "penetration" modes is that if only one earpiece is worn, these modes cannot be used. Since my hands are frequently occupied at work, I try to use the second earphone to discharge the batteries evenly. For the past year and a half, the right earphone has held a charge 2 times less than the first. Depending on how often I use the headphones, I charge the case every two to three days because it keeps a reasonable charge. Nothing reacts negatively, hangs around, or opens on its own. Given how rapidly it departs, I do not advise keeping it in a cold car (the same case from IQOS feels great in the same conditions). I've gotten my wife and mother the exact same headphones for the past 15 months, and everyone is pleased.)
